- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup quinoa
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 small apple, chopped
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 3 1/2 cups water
- Take a medium pot and mix the oats, quinoa, walnuts, raisins, flaxseed meal, almond meal, apple, and cinnamon coconut in it.
- Pour in the water and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, until the oats and quinoa become tender and all the liquid is absorbed.
