A  quick and tasty porridge recipe that offers healthy and protein rich ingredients.

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup quinoa
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 small apple, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 3 1/2 cups water


  1. Take a medium pot and mix the oats, quinoa, walnuts, raisins, flaxseed meal, almond meal, apple, and cinnamon coconut in it.
  2. Pour in the water and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, until the oats and quinoa become tender and all the liquid is absorbed.
  4. Spoon the porridge into individual bowls and enjoy.
