A quick and easy snack recipe with apples, oats and yogurt. It is blended in seconds, yet provides you with a good dose of vitamins.
Blueberry Bircher pots
- 2 small apples
- 4 tbsp whole Oats
- 4 tbsp low-fat natural yogurt
- 1-2 tablespoons some blueberries
- Grate the apple and place in a small bowl. Add the oats and natural yogurt and mix well to combine. Divide the mixture into 2 pots, spreading with a back of the spoon.
- Top with a couple of blueberries and enjoy.
