  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups beef broth (or water)
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 cups frozen shrimp, thawed
  • 2 cups frozen scampi
  • 1 tsp fresh dill weed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp dill (chopped)
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced


  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine chicken broth, beef broth and water. Bring to a simmer, then strain.
  2. Return broth to pot and add in the shrimps, scampi, carrots and dill.
  3. Cook for about 20-25 minutes.
  4. Adjust seasonings. Garnish with dill and serve hot.
