		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;d normally fry, but in this challenge I bake as I didn&#039;t buy oil or fat to use. Frying in a little oil is a much better way of cooking them! Also cook better from frozen or chilled as they hold their shape really well.]]></description>

The trouble as I kept &#039;testing&#039; them every time I walked past the plate, so in the end I had to put the plate in the freezer complete with the falafels, or there would have been none left. Had the rest this evening with some home-made flatbread and couscous.]]></description>
