These hearty and flavorful pancakes with banana and sultanas can easily be made in 10 minutes and will satisfy everyone.
Banana and Sultana Pancakes
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup self raising flour
- ½ cup Sultanas
- 1 banana mashed
- Add the milk and egg to a medium bowl and whisk to combine.
- Add the flour and mix until smooth. Add in the sultanas and banana and mix until just combined.
- Add some vegetable oil to a pan and heat over medium heat. Drop the batter into the hot pan and cook for about 3 minutes, until the edges start to brown. Flip the pancakes to cook the other side.
- Garnish with banana slices and serve.
