Banana and Sultana Pancakes

These hearty and flavorful pancakes with banana and sultanas can easily be made in 10 minutes and will satisfy everyone.

Banana and Sultana Pancakes

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup self raising flour
  • ½ cup Sultanas
  • 1 banana mashed


  1. Add the milk and egg to a medium bowl and whisk to combine.
  2. Add the flour and mix until smooth. Add in the sultanas and banana and mix until just combined.
  3. Add some vegetable oil to a pan and heat over medium heat. Drop the batter into the hot pan and cook for about 3 minutes, until the edges start to brown. Flip the pancakes to cook the other side.
  4. Garnish with banana slices and serve.
