Apricot- honey-strawberry combination creates a lovely concoction that even the followers of strictest diets can afford.
Apricot and Honey Yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 9 fresh apricots, halved
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup low fat plain Greek style yogurt
- Mint leaves to garnish
- In a small glass bowl, combine the honey, yogurt and vanilla extract and mix well. Top the apricots with a spoon of the mixture, garnish with milt leaves and serve.
